Unmasked and Unstuck

For high-achieving ADHD & AuDHD women at a career crossroads.

Unmasked and UnstuckTM is a 12-week group coaching program to help you understand why work stopped working and confidently decide what comes next.

You've already proven you can do hard things. You've built a successful career, pushed through challenges, and found a way to make it work. But lately, the way you've always managed isn't working anymore and you can't ignore the cost of holding everything together.

Designed for women, including trans women and nonbinary professionals who resonate with a femme experience of work, masking, and identity.

*The Next Cohort Starts August 10

Applications are open through August 9 (or until all spots are filled). Because this is a live, small-group experience, enrollment closes before we begin so everyone can start together.

This program is for you if you…

  • Identify as ADHD or AuDHD (diagnosed or self-identified)

  • Have years of work experience behind them (often in their 30s–50s)

  • Carry meaningful responsibility at work even if their title doesn’t fully reflect the weight they hold

  • Are performing well on paper but privately questioning the sustainability of how they are succeeding

  • Have built a life and career they're proud of and want to make thoughtful changes without blowing everything up

  • Are ready to invest time, energy, and resources into long-term alignment, not just short-term relief

  • Want depth, structure, and practical strategy rooted in a neurodivergent lens

This Is Not For…

  • Entry-level career exploration

  • Someone in active crisis or with no capacity to engage right now

  • Anyone looking for productivity hacks, surface-level mindset work, or quick fixes

  • Someone who wants a coach to hand them a job title or make decisions for them

How We Work Together

If you’ve tried other programs and felt like you couldn’t keep up, that doesn’t automatically mean this isn’t for you. This program was intentionally designed with neurodivergent brains in mind.

Unmasked & Unstuck is collaborative, not prescriptive.

This program requires participation, not perfection, performative professionalism, or hours of prep work. Just a willingness to engage.

You don't need to curate yourself to be here. Wear the sweatpants. Bring the fidget. Let the cat sit in your lap.

I’m real here. You get to be real too. There’s a reason this business is called Imperfectly Empowered.

Plan for about 30 minutes of self-paced module work most weeks, plus one 60-minute live coaching call. The lessons are intentionally concise and designed to fit into a real life, not become another thing you're constantly trying to keep up with.

Live calls are strongly encouraged because that's where the richest conversations happen, but every call is recorded if life gets in the way.

If even that feels impossible right now, you may need a different kind of support before taking on a coaching program. And that's okay!

You bring your experience, your intelligence, and your willingness to look honestly at what’s working and what isn’t. I'll bring thoughtful questions, pattern recognition, practical strategy, and support as you figure out what comes next.

We build from there.

The CLEAR Framework

This is not abstract mindset work.

You don’t need more discipline.
You don’t need to blow up your life.
You don't need to have all the answers before you begin.

You need a different framework.

One that helps you stop designing your career around who you think you should be and start building it around who you actually are. One that helps you make thoughtful career decisions from clarity instead of fear, guilt, or survival mode.

Over the next 12 weeks, we'll move through the CLEAR Framework™—a practical process that helps you better understand yourself, communicate your strengths and needs, translate your story into action, and create a career that actually fits.

Clarity: Understand what's actually happening. Separate burnout, masking, workplace challenges, and career misalignment so you can stop second-guessing yourself.

Language: Develop the words to describe your strengths, transferable skills, needs, and career story with confidence.

Expression: Turn that story into the résumé, LinkedIn profile, networking conversations, and interview answers that open new opportunities.

Alignment: Define what your brain actually needs from work and evaluate careers, environments, and opportunities through that lens.

Results: Turn your insights into practical action with a clear plan, accountability, and ongoing support.

Success shouldn't have to cost this much.

You've done everything you were supposed to do. So why does it still feel this hard?

You’ve built a career.
You carry responsibility.
You deliver results.

You’re praised for outcomes.
But given vague feedback about your “tone", “approach” or “delivery.”

You’re trusted with big projects while quietly decoding expectations no one clearly names.

You’re competent, but never fully secure.

You're navigating environments that reward performance but often penalize difference.

So you adapt.
You over-prepare.
You over-function.
You smooth your edges.
You override your own capacity.

And it works. Until it starts costing you.

Your health.
Your relationships.
Your energy.
Sometimes even your long-term earning potential as promotions continue to feel just out of reach.

You catch yourself wondering, “How long can I keep doing this?” ... “What is this actually costing me?”

Overdrive always has a cost.

If this feels familiar, you're not alone. The answer isn't trying harder. It's understanding what your brain actually needs and building your career around that instead.

Why This Works When Other Career Advice Doesn’t

Most career advice wasn't designed with high-achieving neurodivergent women in mind.

Traditional career advice often focuses on doing more: improving your time management, setting better boundaries, communicating differently, or changing your mindset.

Those strategies can absolutely be helpful. But if you've spent years masking, compensating, and adapting to environments that don't fit how your brain actually works, trying harder isn't the missing piece.

Unmasked & Unstuck starts somewhere different.

We begin by acknowledging the impact of masking, misdiagnosis, and long-term mismatch.

We begin by understanding the impact of masking, misdiagnosis, burnout, and long-term career mismatch. Together, we identify what actually fits your strengths, energy, values, and capacity, so you can make career decisions based on who you are, not who you've had to become to survive.

You don’t need to become a different person.

You need a different framework.

That's exactly why I created the CLEAR Framework™—to help you stop designing your career around who you think you should be and start building it around who you actually are.

If you've been reading this thinking, "This is exactly what I've been trying to put into words," you're in the right place.

The application takes less than five minutes, and if it feels like the right fit, I'd love to support you.

What we cover in 12 weeks

Each module builds on the last and includes concise video lessons, neurodivergent-friendly worksheets, and weekly live coaching to help you turn insight into meaningful change.

Module 1 — Where You’re Really At

Understand your burnout and performance patterns through an ADHD/AuDHD lens. Identify where survival strategies are shaping your decisions so you can interrupt the cycle instead of repeating it.

You leave with: a clear map of your personal burnout pattern and where change needs to begin.

Module 2 — Energy & Nervous System Reset

Understand how shutdown and overdrive show up in your work life. Build a personalized regulation menu that increases clarity and steadiness instead of forcing yourself to keep pushing.

You leave with: a practical reset toolkit and a clearer understanding of your energy patterns.

Module 3 — Identity & Self-Concept

Examine masking, perfectionism, and people-pleasing patterns that developed in order to survive misaligned environments.

You leave with: an Identity Safety Plan and greater confidence in who you are beneath the performance.

Module 4 — Career Clarity Foundations

Define your non-negotiables, values, and the work conditions your nervous system actually needs so you stop recreating burnout in new roles.

You leave with: documented values, non-negotiables, and a decision-making framework.

Module 5 — Transferable Skills & Your Story

Translate your nonlinear experience into a coherent, strategic narrative. Identify strengths that may have been overlooked because they didn't fit the traditional definition of success.

You leave with: a clear professional story you can use in applications, interviews, or internal conversations.

Module 6 — Resumes, LinkedIn & Personal Branding

Create resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and personal branding that reflect your real strengths and direction—not your masked persona.

You leave with: updated career materials aligned with where you’re headed.

Module 7 — Networking Without the Ick

Develop a values-aligned approach to networking that fits your energy and capacity.

You leave with: a realistic relationship-building plan and outreach language you’ll actually use.

Module 8 — Communicating Your Value (Without Masking)

Learn structured communication tools and ND-adapted advocacy strategies. Practice expressing your value clearly without over-explaining or shrinking.

You leave with: scripts and frameworks for interviews, performance reviews, and boundary-setting conversations.

Module 9 — Navigating Managers & Workplace Dynamics

Build practical strategies for managing up, handling feedback, and setting boundaries without slipping back into over-functioning.

You leave with: a personalized strategy for navigating your current work environment.

Module 10 — Best Roles for ADHD/AuDHD

You leave with: a personalized role-fit profile and evaluation checklist.

Module 11 — Sustainable Success Systems

Design flexible systems for focus, energy, and boundaries that prevent relapse into burnout.

You leave with: a sustainable work rhythm built around your capacity.

Module 12 — Integration & Moving Forward

Consolidate what you’ve learned into a 90-day plan and clarify your next strategic move.

You leave with: a grounded, actionable roadmap.

This might feel right...

AND still hard to say yes to

I get it. You might be thinking, "This feels right… but I don't know if I can actually follow through."

Most of the women who join aren't starting from a place of calm or clarity. They're already carrying a lot.

They're showing up at work, taking care of other people, holding everything together, and quietly paying the price for doing it all in survival mode.

So of course there's hesitation.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you apply.
You don't have to know exactly what your next career move is.
You don't even have to believe you're capable of making it yet.

You just have to be willing to stop doing it alone.

I didn't create this from the outside looking in. I built it while navigating my own burnout, late ADHD diagnosis, and career recalibration. Everything inside this program is something I've either lived, learned, or wish I'd had years earlier.

If you're reading this thinking, "I think this might be what I need," I encourage you to apply.

The application takes less than five minutes. And if you're still unsure whether it's the right fit, I'm always happy to answer questions before you decide.
