Workshops
Shorter, focused offerings for working through specific work decisions without committing to a long-term program.
These workshops are designed to help you slow down, make sense of what’s actually happening, and leave with clearer next steps that fit your real life and energy.
They’re practical, grounded, and built around decision-making, nervous system capacity, and lived experience, not productivity hacks or motivational fluff.

How to Make a Work Decision When You’re Burned Out
Burnout, misfit, or both? How to tell what actually needs to change at work.
If you keep going in circles about work... stay, go, pivot, push through... it’s usually not because you’re avoiding a decision. This workshop is for neurodivergent women who are tired of overthinking work decisions alone.
When you’re tired, overloaded, and carrying too many variables at once, clear thinking gets harder. Of course it does. Most advice skips right past that part.
This 90-minute workshop for ADHD and AuDHD women is a chance to slow the whole thing down with someone who understands both the science and the lived experience of navigating work with a differently wired brain.
What You’ll Leave With
Clarity about your decision
Not just “Should I quit?” but whether you’re dealing with burnout, misfit, overload, or some combination.
Language that explains the difficulty
So you can stop blaming yourself for being “indecisive” and start seeing the real constraints at play.
A framework for sorting your situation
Stabilize, modify, or plan a transition without rushing into action that doesn’t match your capacity.
One grounded next step you can actually take
Not a full plan. Not a pressure-filled to-do list. Just the next move that won’t cost more energy than you have.
More trust in your own judgment
Because once the noise quiets down, it’s easier to tell what you already know and stop second-guessing it.
What This Workshop Is Actually For
This isn’t about finding the perfect answer or mapping out your entire future.
It’s about slowing the problem down enough to:
separate burnout from misalignment
understand why this decision feels so hard right now
and figure out what kind of decision you’re actually facing
Most people don’t leave knowing exactly what to do.
They leave knowing:
what not to keep debating
which options are realistically on the table
and what a grounded next step looks like without blowing up their life or burning themselves out further
That alone is often enough to break the loop.
